2022 National Stamp Collecting Month featuring Fidel V. Ramos – Souvenir Sheet

The Philippine Postal Corporation (Post Office) issues special stamps, souvenir sheets, and official first day covers on November 25, 2022 entitled “National Stamp Collecting Month featuring Fidel V. Ramos” in tribute to the late former president who passed away last July 31, 2022. In celebration of his life and his public service, the Post Office likewise dedicates National Stamp Collecting Month 2022 to the Philippines’ own “stamp collector-in-chief”.
