2019 International Year of Indigenous Languages First Day Cover Envelope

The Philippine Postal Corporation (Post Office) issues special stamps and official first day covers for International Year of Indigenous Languages (IYIL). The United nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) declared 2019 as the International Year of Indigenous Languages.
This issuance is in partnership with the National Museum of the Philippines.
